Moulding box also named moulding flask, mold flask, sand flask, sand box, Flask assembly is equipped with slide path, positioning holes, limit block, closing pin, etc. In order to complete the sand box shape, transportation, positioning, turning, fit, pouring, sand landing and other functions.which is important tools for foundries using automatic or demi-automatic moulding line.

The inside of the sand box wall is in a certain degree of concave shape. To ensure that the sand shape does not fall off and does not shift during the process of transportation, flipping and so on.

Machined by advanced CNC machines and dimensions controlled by CMM, our products achieve higher accuracy and better interchangeability. The flasks are manufactured with ductile iron, higher grade gray iron, or steel welding, and they have higher rigidity and can bear higher pressure impact. In addition, we design and manufacture different sizes of customer drawing and technical specification.

2. How long can I get some samples?

The sample needs 45 days, and the mass production as per your order quantity.

3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can make casting according to your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D cad model. If the 3D cad model can be supplied, the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D, based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved.

4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for tooling making.

5. What's your quality control device ?
We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and UT Sonic as NDT checking method to control the casting detect under the surface of casting.
